11 Tips to complete the Rapha Festive 500

It's almost December and the internet and social media are already full of training plans and motivational advice for completing the annual Rapha Festive 500 challenge. Having completed this challenge for the past three years in a row I thought I would share my top tips on how to get it done. Of course, you need to do some training and of course, you should ride several days back to back over the next few weeks to get yourself used to it, but what are the other things you can do to help make it a little easier?
Rather than my usual blog post, I have had a go at making a video to share my tips and this is in no way a justification for me buying a new GoPro well ahead of next year's long ride home. Oh no, this is part of a long well thought out plan. At least, that is what I am telling myself and Mrs B.
